An apartment in Cuffe Parade’s Jolly Maker 1 in Mumbai city at 21st floor fetched Rs 29 crore.
However, sometime ago the highest recorded apartment price was Rs 1.02 lakh per square feet and a duplex flat in the 19th floor was sold for Rs 37.25 crore at Worli’s Samudra Mahal.
This property sale is recorded as sale of the year 2012 costing lakhs for a square feet has created a lukewarm feeling in the Indian realty market.
