Godrej Properties Ltd, a Mumbai based realty firm is eying on Mangalore real estate market for residential project.
They have announced the launch of a project in Mangalore called Godrej Alpine.
The 400 units project will be completed and handed over within 3 years as confirmed by the group.
It will be located at Yeyyadi on Airport Road in Mangalore. The project will offer 2 and 3 BHK apartments and penthouses in the size range of 1203 to 3500 square feet.
The project will be spread across 4.5 acres housing three towers having 19 floors each.
