Increasing residential sectors in the BKC commercial limits

The Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai is being over populated with increasing residential constructions.

The real estate experts, the property consultants Knight Frank India and the developers are questioning the need for expansion of residential structures in BKC.

No wonder, very soon four luxury residential towers will be completing its construction phase, Piramal Sunteck will be launching 20 storeys high-end residential projects.

Naman Developers is also all set and ready to commence residential project, also a housing project worth Rs 496 crore has won a bid by Sunteck.

However, chief minister Prithviraj Chavan say that they are planning to increase the population of residential sectors in the commercial limits by changing a few plot reservations.
