The stiff target of project completion in Kolkata had been giving a headache to the developers.
But the recent much talked about relaxation might provide some help to the realtors.
The Mamata Banerjee government has taken this initiative and planned to give an ease of five years as against three years of project completion in the land lease agreement.
Projects worth over Rs 51000 crore may ease out from this relaxation .
