Vishal, I understand..but think this way..Swagat afford when they launched the scheme they said, possession would be in Dec'12. not they are delaying possession by 2 years...What's you loss for this?? Multiply 24*Rent you would get for this apartment...=24*5000=1,20,000...plus as early you get the possession, you would get peace of mind. Madhav, I am already member of the Swagath afford owners.
