The builder has got fitted master dish of AIRTEL for this project and I think the AIRTEL guys have provided free cable wiring to the builder. So the builder is insisting on AIRTEL. However many people have fited their own connections in this project. I myself have connected to TATA SKY

I feel this is the right place for people working in Pimpri Chinchwad area. The project with all amenities and also the surrounding is not very expensive like Pimple Saudagar like getting a house maid etc. Also the Aditya Birla hospital is just a stone away distance.

Hey Manohar, the place is very nice and it is surrounded by the three big well known chouks like Chapekar chouk, dange Chouk and Kalewadi chouk. also every thing is easily available and that too within 2-3 kms range. The place is nice.

Hi Mugdha, don't worry for the tenants ;-) as Hinjewadi is near by + its a good deal for future investment because the rates in this area will rise for sure in coming years and now they are quoted as 2900 psf which will definitely increase. Ankit

I think Swiss County would be a spring board for Rama Builders to raise above others which would act as a showcase for the new generation projects from Rama builders (Celestial City and Air Castles).

Yo can go ahead if you want to buy the flat there. Just check out the rate offered. YOu are going for swiss county 1 or 2. This will proove to be a good projects if we get all the ammenities as promised by builder however overall development of area will take bit long time. Locality outside the project is not seems to be good. there are no places nearby to hangout but it promises a good home thats the best poit abt it. I booked my flat D-503 and still waiting to get possesion.

Hi Rashmi, I am late to see your posting here. Have you got the possession finally ? I booked a flat in E wing and have got the possession in October month though it was promised in March originally. My interior work is going on and we expect move there towards mid december

Not sure friend, I booked my flat in June and as per them handover will be by September. lets see how much time they takes. :-)

Any updates on the progress.... Can anyone upload pictures of the current progress.... I am in US and have no idea as what is the status right now?
