FOUNDATION
Earthquake resistant R.C.C. Framed Structure with column and beams.

STRUCTURE
All type of columns, beams, lintel, chajja and RCC slabs etc. in sub-structure and super structure shall be with M-20 grade of concrete.

WALLS
10" external and 5" internal walls of first class K.B. Bricks.

FLOORING
Flooring for all internal area of the flat shall be of superior quality marble ofappreciable size of super quality vitrified dirt free glossy/semi glossy tiles.

KITCHEN
Granite cooking platform with ceramic tiles ceramic tiles cladding upto 2'-6" height, single stainless steel sink, Boiled water proof grade laminated particleboard overhead cabinets.

DOOR
Doorframes shall be of Salwood of suitable section, the entry door shall be of Teakwood frame decorative shutter. All other door shutter is in hardwood-paneled type shutters or company made flush door of reputed brand.

WINDOWS
Windows shall be of plain / power coated aluminum frames with protective M.S. Grills having sliding / panedled glazed shutters.

TOILETS
Glazed tile on wall cladding upto height of 7'-0". European W/C in all toilets with cistern in each toilet. Wash Basins, Face mirror, Soap case, Towel rail etc in all toilets and dinning hall, one Geyser point in each toilet. All CP fitting shall be of Jaquar / equivalent brand.

ELECTRICAL
All electrical wiring with premium brand fire resistant insulated copper wire / cable in concealed conduits to wall, ceiling etc. adequate no. of light points, fan points  and 5 Amp and 15 Amp plug points shall be provided for Geyser, A.C., Micro oven etc.

ROOF HEIGHT
10'-0" including ceilling.

BOUNDARY WALLS
6' height on all sides of premises with M.S. Grill Gate.

SEWERAGE
Proper sewerage and surface drain shall be provided as per plain.

PLUMBING
All water lines to be concealed and 1/2" G.I. / P.V.C. pipe wiht outlet sockets as follows:
* Kitchen with 2points with Bibcock.
* Latrine and Bathroom water lines with C.P. Bibcock, one shower point with hose.
