Super Structure : First class table mould clay bricks are used for all external & internal walls. The thickness of external walls shall be 9 inches and that of its internal walls 4 ½ inches

Plastering : Internal walls plastering shall be with 2 coats of 1:5 cement mortar proportion and its external walls plastering shall be with 2 coats of mortar with provided water proof cement 1 : 4 proportion

Main Door : The main door shall be with best Indian teak wood frame and panel shutter with wood polishing and door hardware with lock and magic eye

Internal Doors : Best Take Wood frames.

Internal Door Shutters : The Internal door shutters shall be of side veneer with laminates

Windows : The internal door shutters shall be of medium teak wood frames and shutters with glazing.Iron Safety grills be provided and standard hardware

Cladding : Glazed ceramic tile dado up tp 6'-0" high.
