I visited the Layout last weekend and let me tell you, the Layout now looks lushy and green. I still remember the first look way back in 2005/6, a desert was the best it could be called and now, it comprises of neat and well planned tar roads with so many Gardens around. A lot of people can now be spotted inside the layout, which once bore a desolate look. These people were mostly labourers/workers and some owners overlooking the construction of their properties. I even spotted 4-5 houses being constructed, and no, they were not Model Houses! So much development in just 3 Months!!! The Club House looks ready to be used of its services. However, I must add that the tar roads on my side (somewhere around 4th Cross) are still asphalted as before and left as they were the last time I saw, not sure what plans they have on these. Any one have an idea as to the current market price here? Any body here started constructed or at least have firm plans of constructing in the near future?
