No commitment buy builder and he is not even giving what he committed in agreement, now he is talking very rude

There is absolutely no response to my queries by email or letter on apparent breach of faith issues. Is the construction agreement just a waste of paper? I am way past due penalty fees for delay of delivery and have not even recieved a phone call to address my issue. I have serious doubts about the quality of these people and also their product.

no this builder is not reliable and never buy since he will never respond later
