Q: Is the value is expected to go higher? If Yes, then by when?
Is Metro is going to be there till Narayana Health?
Is Chandapura - Anekal Road is going to be broadened?
Are other builders are going to invest here?
Latest Answer: You can expect good appreciation in Chandapura Anekal belt and after few months as Phase II of Bangalore Metro has already got Chandapura circle included in the rail network proposed and is expected that Anekal will be included in Phase III :) :)

Q: Hi,

Can you share contact details of interior firms you might have used at VBHC Anekal?
- Mainly for Kitchen & Wardrobe
- Approx cost for Kitchen & Wardrobe (Low end, Middle as well as High End)

Also, any suggestions you might have? I may be interested in doing group deals with interior firms as well - so give me a shout if you are looking to do this as well.

Q: Water is leaking celing of hall and two bed rooms. Is this a major problem. Who has to rectify the problem ,construction or mantainance? I gave a written complaint at maintenance office. one week over not yet fixed the problem. pl any body from vbhc discuss. sujata apartment resident
Latest Answer: Usually all the maintenance work should be taken care of by the builder at-least for one year. Ans as you said that the flat is not registered then the builder only should repair all the leakage work.

Q: 1. VAT and ST - Much higher than other builders2. Maintenance charges - Charged at Rs 3/sqft with hardly any amenities where as big buildings with almost all amenities charge a max of Rs 2/sqft.Any comments?Thanks

Q: I had been to site once and I felt the apartments are like hotel rooms there is proper main door (Hosulu). Can any one please explain me why they dint keep our tradition main door?
