thanks Sujay. me too looking for the review about this builder. I've met the builder and have called the sales person - Sathish. This person sounded very promising. I've seen the construction happining for rose dale project and have felt as good going project. I would certainly like to wait and watch before investment at this point.
Hi All, see the builder is comparitively new in the market. I think market it yet to make the reputation of this builder. everything depends on how happy the residents are at Sonesta and Lancedale and how the new property will come up, that is rose dale. I myselft doing lot of analysis between 3 builders and goind to finalize one for buying flat.
