Hi, As per my knowledge, Windmere is a nice luxurious project by Prvankara in Pallikaranai. This project is located in aprime residential decent location with good environment. This area has all basic amenities like schools, college, banks & hospitals nearby. Definitely future appreciation with good returns. This project is most demanding in Chennai Real estate market.

Hello Hari, as far as I know this is a good project , and so far I didnt heard any bad review about the project. .It is located very close to IT corridor with IT companies like SIPCOT IT Park, Polaris, Satyam, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, HCL, in close proximity.
