The amenities offered in this project are also standard quality, like garden, swimming pool, play area, etc. The security system is round the clock and supplemented by this intercom system. There is even a club house within the project premises.

Dude the 4bhk villas are almost 10,000 sq ft big. Actually the exact built-up area measurement of the 4bhk villas under this project is 9990 sq ft. The sale price can be found out on a reques basis, if you're genuinely interested.

The price rates of these villas havent been announced publicly as of yet. But they all are pretty big. The 3bhk villas only are a whopping 9557 square feet huge. The 4bhk ones are naturally much bigger. I dont exactly know, can anyone here shed some light?

Yes of course you wont get possession now, the possession date has not been announced yet. This project is basically all 3 and 4 bhk villas, not too many units, less than 100 actually. The villas are all standard

Yes I have some information on the Lounge Phase II villas. The project is this huge 22 floor building. The developers for this project is the Shwas Homes pvt ltd. And the project is currently under construction at the moment, so you wont get possession right away.
