Hi Roshan,
You should mail to all society members mentioning the issue in the body of the mail and mention venue and date. Raise the issue in the society meeting and ask for the solution as soon as possible. If you are not getting any satisfactory response from the builder side then make a complaint to the consumer forum as well as a civil suit against the builder for deficiency of service.
