Q: Hello Owners: I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat. What are the pros and cons of GST on GST flat? Please advice

Latest Answer: The promise are not kept. The project is far beyond delivery date. The civic work is poor. The parking system is pathetic. Most of the houses are for investment purpose.
