If you are really looking for investment purposes then try the Chandapura-Dommasandra road (off Sarjapur Road) instead. This place is ideal for staying or investment and the rates psqft have gone up from 1000/- to Rs.4000/- psqft today. Infact, Nambiar projects - Bellezia is selling at Rs.8000 plus psqft. This road has good potential for growth and is close to all major places, has less traffic and many upcoming projects.
Five years from now, the Chandapura-Dommasandra road will be transformed to its best and picking up even a 1BHK on this road will be close to impossible. As mentioned before, please note this is my personal opinion. I do not intend to hurt anyone's feelings with this.

Latest Answer: Reliaable developers are land grabbers. They just grab land from farmers and make them wait to pay them compensation until they get their permissions. Once they get permission these guys just reject land owners. The plot adjacent to Reliaable gardenia belongs to me. These guys whit our permission caused damage to about 18000, yes eighteen thousand sq.ft of my property. When asked they made us run around their office for about a year telling us that they would need our land and would compensate for the same. But reliaaable developers said they would not need my land anymore..They did not compensate for the damages done to my property.
