Q:There is a legal suite OS 8068 on this land owner. Do you have any status update on this?Marketing staff in Madhavaram Brindavan Palms act totally ignorant of this to avoid tainting their image. The Case number was written on the wall of the property on June 23rd but the builder erased it immediately on the next morning. I don't see any other issue with this property. As long as the Builder or Land Owner goes for settlement and close this case, I see no other issues.In his previous project Brindavan Serenity, he failed to obtain OC because of large deviations from the approved plan (he constructed two falts without approval for his personal use). But he is currently assuring that he will definitely obtain OC for Brindavan palms because he is constructing it 100% as per plan.

Q:Has anyone recently inquired about the price and the availability of 2/3 BHK flats in Greenage? Btw, the builder had said that the possession for Alpine and Birch blocks will be in June 2012, and for Juniper and Oak blocks will be Sep-Dec 2012.Anyone thinks this is likely?
