Q:There are concerns on Crossing republik being 3 sided sorrounded with Dumping ground ( court case in Supreme court), Sewage treatment plant beside golf course and a Crabon polluting factory across the nh24.these three sorroundings are giving a big hit to its future pollution , hygeine and locality.Also its appreciation came on a snail pace after noida extension got a clearance in High court . So Noida extension picked up slowing it down. Indrapuram is hotter place but with lesser planned infra but more accessible.I still feel in future dumping ground and sewage plants can raise a big question on price appreciation and may even depreciate a bit.Its my opnion but yes socitey is too good in its infra and connectivity no doubt. Hope that pulia connecting noida extension and crossing republik gets widend soon!!So please advise what can we expect prospects of Crossing republic down the line 2 years in cost appreciation and 5 years.

If you invest here now, you get ready to move in property and no apprehensions like noida extension property- whether it will be completed or not.
Another point is the widening of NH24 and once that too is done the place will appreciate on the lines of indirapuram as in a range of Rs 5500- 6000+ per sq ft infact more so as crossing republic is better planned and easily accessible.

1) For Apartments , "Deed of Apartment " shall be executed.
How far it is implemented , and for Saya Z, will it be normal registry or Deed of Apartment ?
Latest Answer: Angel Jupiter won't be able to start work for new towers. Since, there is a dispute and recently GDA placed their own board on the land - one could see it.
For another tower, angel completed its work till 24 floors and likely to get completed soon - but again no surety - As its Uttar pradesh / Ghaziabad where corruption is in the blood now..

Q:I would like to.submit my bad experience with Mehak residency and thier employee Khushboo Khattar, They hv first lured us to.pay Inr 11000 to.pay as initial booking amount and later due to some reasons we could not aarange to pay the balance amount, so we approach them.to cancel it and refund our mo ney after deducting to which they replied it is non refundable, I was shocked to hear this. And we met the owner Rajan Malhotra he also said no one take a refund from them even President of India, we got scared and we told them.that we will try and arrange the money from other sources, to my another shock next day when I asked for the copy of my booking form they said booking is already cancelled, there was mo written application taken from me. Is it what their practices are to take money from innocent people by dominating them and benefittng them.
