Adani enterprises purchased HDIL land
Having purchased a two-acre land in Mumbai from the HDIL for Rs 900 crore, has created a benchmark in real estate market.
The two acre plot located at Andheri suburb was supposed to be the largest mixed used project that was to be developed by HDIL.
However, the sale of land parcel was to less down the debt amount owed by HDIL. Previous year the Adani group had bought 50 percent from DB Realty in south Mumbai.
The Adani Infrastructure Development has earned a benchmark fame by investing Rs 2,000 crore in several residential projects at cities like; National Capital Region, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
