Hi, can anyone tell me the rate Mana is quoting currently. I just want to find out the appreciation from when I booked it earlier this year. From the few real estate sites I've checked, it looks like the price per sq ft is 2990 when the price quoted a few months ago was Rs. 3150 per sq ft. Hi, I have booked G6 apartment. I happened to ask about bore well health to the Security guy. He mentioned that water is available for 3 hours in the morning and goes dry. When my cousin asked to switch on the motor, it took 2 min to pump the water up and that too with questionable quantities. Any ideas about this?
