THEY ARE UTTER UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & ARROGANT. DELAY IS EVERY WHERE IS ALL THE PROJECT BUT THE PROBLEM COMES WHEN THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND WHEN BUILDER SAYS "DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO, WE WILL DELIVER WHEN EVER WE WANT". YOU WILL ENDED UP WITH PAYING EMI/INTEREST THAT'S IT.
Q:Please don't buy in Prajay, staff is very rude after you pay the money. We booked a flat in Prajay megapolis Phase 2 in feb 2013 now they sent a mail that they could not construct alternatively they told to select a flat in Phase1 with an extra payment of 9lacs for same size which is too much and staff is very reckless in answering to us. I stuck with the project(phase 2) till now. Now they have cancelled the project.
They are now offering a PDC of 9 months without any interest. That would be 3 years for 7.1 lakhs without interest.
Has anyone sued the developer?

Q:Hi, I would like to book a flat in Prajay Megapolis. Need the following clarifications.Did anyone purchased flat in Megapolis with Pre-EMI Scheme? If so, please let me know whether Prajay is paying EMI directly to Bank? What is the payment schedule for Pre-EMI offer? Is there any Tripartite agreement with Banker? Appreciate if the details are provided by a flat owner who purchased flat in Megapolis under pre-EMI scheme.I understand that the project is being constructed in the site with GPA title and the site is not registered in the name of Prajay. Will there be any chance of getting into Legal issues as Prajay is not the registered owner of the site?Thanks in advance.
