Structure : RCC framed structure with brick panel walls.
Flooring : Entire floor paved with ceramic tiles.
Joinery : Main entrance Door with teak framed and flush shutters and all internal doors are from factory made flush shutters with first class country wood frames. All windows and ventilators are from first class country wood framed with glazed shutters.
Painting : Interior surfaces painted with one coat of primer and two coats of distemper. All exterior surfaces painted with and two coats of cement paint.
Kitchen : Granite table top with granite sink. 2 feet glazed tiles dado will be provided over the kitchen table.
Loft & Cub Board : Each bed room and kitchen will have a loft and spacious Cub – Boards without shutters. Living and dining will have a Cub - board without shutters.
