About Bannerghatta Road
Originally called Anekal Road, Bannerghatta Road is one of the fastest growing localities in Bengaluru. Commonly known as BG Road, this road is located on the State Highway 87. It originates as it branches off from Hosur Road, and concludes at Anekal town, with the stretch lasting a distance of 49 km.
Once a sleepy locality in the remote corner of Bengaluru, Bannerghatta Road has now become a hub for several software companies, renowned educational institutions, hospitals, theatres, malls, residential complexes, and apartments.
