Bhiwadi has a lot to offer
Situated along the National highway 8, Bhiwadi is one of the fastest developing cities in Rajasthan. The region is covered under Delhi NCR region and is well-known as an industrial hub, owing to the large number of automobile, chemical, textile, iron & steel, drugs and other industries here.
Bhiwadi lies on the Rajasthan-Haryana border, near to the developing city of Dharuhera, and enjoys an enviable connectivity to the capital city Delhi, via NH-8. The proposed Regional Rail Transit System has increased the demand of the area. Once the same is introduced, Bhiwadi would be well-connected with areas in and around NCR, like Delhi, Meerut, Panipat and Alwar. In addition to the RRTS, the introduction of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor would further add to the value of land here, as the same is sure to attract IT and other industries which would eventually fuel the demand for residential spaces around the region.

Price trends
Sale price of multi-storey apartments along the Bhiwadi-Alwar Road has seen an appreciation of about 9% during the second quarter of 2013, when compared with the same period in 2012. An appreciation of about 60% was seen in the sale price of residential plots in Bhiwadi, over the last two quarters. During the last quarter of 2012, the same was about 11,000/sq.yard which rose to about 18,000/sq.yard, during the second quarter of 2013.
Since property prices are lesser in Bhiwadi, when compared with the prices prevalent in Manesar and Gurgaon, professionals working in the industrial areas of Tapukara and Manesar and attracted to the area. Some of the residential projects in the region include Genesis Sky Eon by Genesis Infratech Pvt.Ltd. and Bhiwadi Heights by Innovative Group. Both the projects are set up on on Bhiwadi-Alwar Highway. The former features 1,2 and 3 BHK apartments while the latter offers 1 and 2BHK apartments. The size of the apartments vary from 530 to 1200 sq.ft and the price ranges from 13 lac to 28 lacs.
