This basically consists of storage units, car washes and other special purpose real estate where customers are temporary and they use this facility.

Retail real estate investment:

Shopping malls and other retail stores are called retail real estate. In this type of investment, the landlord receives a percentage of sales along with the rent of the store or building.

Mixed-use real estate investments:

This is a combination of all the previous categories ie, commercial, industrial and retail real estate into one single project. You can always construct a building with all of the three categories and equally enjoy the revenue or rent. This is always a good option to invest because it measure the risk of loss.
