Fight winter pests inside your house
Summers are the major pest season. Insects like flies and mosquitoes buzz out freely into our homes through open windows and doors. We think that during winters, pests will be inactive. But the fact is, during winters pests come to our houses more than summers. During winters, pests try to find warm environment, as the outside is cold and windy. Bed Bugs:
Bed bugs are very common especially in wooden furniture. They eat wooden furniture and also bite humans. To control bed bugs, ther are many treatments for furniture. Stop rats and mice entering your home and close gaps under doors with draft excluder. Keep your home clean by removing food leftovers and other items.
Spiders:
Most of the spiders are harmless to humans. In a way they are helpful as they eat other insects so our house gets rid of some of the other pests. They generally do not disturb regular living, but they should be avoided from kitchen and food items. We should regularly keep the spiders waves cleaned and keep the ceiling corners of the room clean.
Fruit flies and moth fly:
Fruit fly is very common in every house because when we get fruits and vegetables, fruit fly comes hand in hand with that. They do not cause health problems, but are harmful if too many are present. So try and preserve your green vegetables and fruits in airtight containers or fridge where it will stay fresh.
We find moth if there is a drain immediate next to you house. You can only control them by not opening any windows at that part of the house or close the drain.
