All you need to know about Patna Metro
1.Patna metro train project will be completed in four phases.
2.The project completion date is 2016.
3.The project is expected to cover a distance of 40km stretch in the city and would be built at a cost of Rs.8000 cr.
4.The Phase 1 is East-West corridor connects Danapur-Mithapur/Bypas chow via Patna Railway Station.
5.The corridor 1B which is Digha link metro corridor connects Digha Ghat-High court/Vikas Bhawan.
6.The corridor II which is North-South corridor connects Patna railway station-ISBT via Gandhi maidan-PMCH-Rajendra nagar railway station-Kumrhar-zero mile.
7.The phase 2 consists of corridor III connecting mithapur/Bypass chowk-Didarganj.
8.The phase 3 consists of corridor IV connecting Mithapur/Bypass chowk-Phoolwari Shariff/AIIMS.
9. Some of the few striking localities of Patna are Nehru Nagar, Shivpuri, Patel Nagar and Anandpuri.
10.There was a sharp decline of -3.29% in the prices of Residential property but with the news of proposed mero project, there is a chance of marginal growth of residential prices in the connecting areas.
