Asangaon is connected to Mumbai and Nashik via the Mumbai-Nashik expressway, which is a part of NH-3. As such, one can reach Asangaon via this highway. Asangaon was earlier a sleepy village. However, it is now developing owing to the 400-odd industries that have come up in the Asangaon Industrial Area.
