Clean your apartment with eco-friendly solutions

Eco friendly materialsMost of us while cleaning make sure that our furniture shine and our home gets cleaned properly, but we do not check whether the chemicals we are using to clean is harsh or not. Earlier days, it was believed that natural substances are always more effective than chemicals. Lets rejuvenate the old methods, and clean your house in eco-friendly ways. Lets talk about some inexpensive and natural eco-friendly products, which will give us the right solution for every cleaning needs.

What is eco-friendly products?

Eco-friendly products are basically products which do not harm the nature whether in production or disposal. Such products reduce the carbon footprints and increases energy. These products are basically made of eco-friendly materials and recycled items. They are easy to dispose after using. For e.g. eco-friendly bags can be thrown after usage without a second thought of polluting the nature.

Eco-friendly cleaning products for home

The products you need to clean your house in eco-friendly ways are spray bottles, vinegar, baking soda and castille soap (available in health food stores). These are household natural products and are inexpensive. These products are organic and removes all types of dirt from all surfaces.

The safest, cheap and readily available cleaning solution is vinegar solution. Mix vinegar and water in equal quantity and pour the solution in the spray bottle and spray it on glass surfaces  to make it shiny. This solution can also be used in tile or linoleum floors. Clean in green waysThe kitchens grease can be removed easily with this solution. The kitchen cabinet and the slabs which are generally tough to clean will be easily washed off.

Note: Please do not use vinegar on granite or marble or any kind of stone. Kindly consult the manufacturer for cleaning those kind of kitchen slabs.

Baking soda is another eco-friendly material which is cheap and easily available in market. It acts like natural scouring powder which is used for cleaning  toilets, tubs, tile, and even pots and pans. You just need to sprinkle the powder, splash some water on the dusted area and you can notice the dirt is getting absorbed from the surface. For better result add baking soda with castille soap.
