Cleanliness in Madivala is on the rocks, affects locality ratings
Preference for any locality or area is mainly driven by its cleanliness, however, Bangalore has a different take on it. The concept of cleanliness in the city is hemmed inside the four walls of home and public or government property is often left at the mercy of the common man.
Cleanliness is one of the ‘must must’ parameters for any locality that should be met to rank high in the preferred list. In addition to the token, the localities in the city can also be evaluated and rated based on certain parameters namely dwelling possibility, sanitation, connectivity, infrastructure, entertainment and recreation.
Locality comparison- A brief synopsis
Among other parameters, cleanliness is counted upon as the de rigueur factor while determining the rating for any locality. In this context, two prominent localities of the city can be brought into the limelight-J P Nagar and Madivala. The streets of both these places in Bangalore are smudged with sewerages and garbage, making dwelling an out of the question.
Piling of waste around the streets and lack of cleanliness has acted as a bane for these localities discouraging builders and investors to invest in the real estate market of the region. However, an in-depth study reveals that JP nagar, located to the south of Bangalore, is in a more up to snuff condition than Madivala. In order to rank a locality high on the list and stand at the zenith of choice, cleanliness and maintaining hygiene should be the modus operandi.
