Located on NH-4 in Ghaziabad, Crossings Republik is an integrated city project, which stretches towards Greater Noida. The project sprawls over an area of 360 acres of land and was completed at an estimated cost of Rs. 6000 crore. It is a joint venture of 7 reputed real estate groups, namely Ajnara Farms & Services, Supertech Limited, Gaursons India, Mahagun Developers, Assotech, Panchsheel Promotors and Paramount Residency. Today, the township caters to the residential needs of about 1 lac people.

Price trends in Crossing Republik
Various ups and downs have been witnessed in Crossing Republik. During the last quarter of 2007, properties here were sold at an average price of about Rs. 1600 per sq.ft. In the first quarter of 2009, rates went high to about Rs. 2200 per sq.ft, and came down to Rs. 1900/- in second quarter of 2010. However, the prices are steadily going high since the first quarter of 2012 and during the third quarter of 2012, the same was Rs. 3500/- per sq.ft.
This appreciation in price can be attributed to world class infrastructure, state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, and good connectivity of the area to important places in and around the city. Currently, 2BHK, 3 BHK and 4BHK apartments are sold in Crossings Repubklic at an average price range of 25lac – 75 lac. Rental values vary from Rs.8000 – Rs.18000 per month.
