  • Delhi_mapOut of the top 5 rental markets based on availability, Saket tops the list. Located in South Delhi, the area boasts of robust social and physical infrastructure. From malls to restaurants to clinics, everything is just at a stone’s throw away.
  • Uttam Nagar secured second position. Located in West Delhi, it enjoys metro rail connectivity via blue line of Delhi Metro. In addition, it also enjoys direct connectivity to Gurgaon and Dwarka via NH-58. Robust infrastructure coupled with affordable rental values are other two major USPs.
  • Third and fourth slot was clocked by Lajpat Nagar and Pitampura respectively. Both the areas are self-sustained with good connectivity by road and metro rail.
  • Malviya Nagar stood fifth in the list. One of the most affluent localities in South Delhi, it boasts of a well-fabricated social infrastructure along with good accessibility to the commercial centres of Gurgaon, South and Central Delhi.
  • Interestingly, Uttam Nagar and Malviya Nagar also featured in the list of top markets based on rental yield.
  • Mehrauli was the showstopper in terms of rental yield. Situated next to Vasant Kunj, Mehrauli clocked second position on the rental yield meter. Accessibility via metro rail and proximity to Gurgaon has made it a hit among professionals in Gurgaon and students of nearby educational institutions.
  • Next in line is Lakshmi Nagar. Its proximity to Noida and ITO via Vikas Marg has made it a perfect abode for people working in these places. In addition, being a hub for CA classes and institutes, several students studying CA prefer to stay in Lakshmi Nagar.
  • With metro connectivity and well-built social infrastructure, Rajouri Garden also featured in the list of top markets based on rental yield.
