However, the rental values of multistory apartments showed a depreciation during the second quarter of 2013, when compared with the last three quarters of 2012 and the first quarter of 2013. During Jan-March 2013, the area saw the rental values going as high as about Rs.32/sq.ft. However, during the next quarter, that is, Apr-June 2013, they fell to about Rs.30/sq.ft.
