What’s Holi without some wet colors you may say? Well here are some DIY tips to make your own home made wet Holi colours with ease.
Blue: It is a good idea to make use of the blue hibiscus flower to get a natural blue color for your Holi party. Dry the petal of the blue hibiscus flower and powder them to have an even dry natural blue color. Boil a tumbler of water mixing it with the dry hibiscus powder. Conversely you can also use berries of the indigo plant while boiling to get a wet blue color ready to be spilled on your loved ones and friends.
Brown: Ever thought of using left over tea leaves for something useful? Tea leaves that are drained and sued can be a perfect ingredient for making brown wet color. Boil left over tea leaves in water, cool and filter the water to get your very homemade brown wet color.
Magenta: Onions and beetroot not only make nutritious salads but can be used for making magenta colored wet color for your Holi party. Slice the beetroot and soak it in one liter of water overnight. The next day boil the water and allow it to cool overnight. Drain the liquid and your home made blue wet colour solution is ready to go.
