Future prospects of Investment in Sikar Road Jaipur

Away from the old walled Pink city, Sikar Road is part of the new growth corridor of urban Jaipur offering a state of the art civic infrastructure. Sikar Road is a fine blend of commercial and residential real estate development with a large number of domestic builders having a host of ongoing and upcoming projects in the vicinity. The Vishwakarma Industrial Area located amid the Sikar Road area is the hotbed of industrial growth housing a large number of manufacturing units and factories. The ARG industrial Park offers a wide range of commercial development including retail chains, shopping malls and showrooms.

With the growing popularity of Sikar Road and its adjoining areas, the government is working on the proposed ring road project interconnecting Sikar Road to Delhi-Agra Road and Ajmer road with an investor development corridor along the side. The proposed 97 Kms long expressway is going to help Sikar Road unlock its massive potential in terms of real estate growth and price appreciation. The Jaipur Bus Rapid Transit Service is also working on a proposal to build its North-South transit corridor connecting Sikar Road to Tonk Road. Sikar Road is part of the major development centers of Jaipur city that are part of the new industrial growth corridor.

The wide availability of freehold open spaces in Sikar Road has made it one of the few regions offering high rise development projects and townships moving away from the independent houses mindset prevalent in older Jaipur. The current price for a residential apartment in Sikar Road is between Rs. 2800 to Rs. 3000 per square feet while the average rentals for a 2 BHK apartment is between Rs. 35000 to Rs. 5000 per month.
