- Indirapuram, which occupied third slot in Q1 2015, emerged as the top scorer in terms of rental availability. Strategically positioned among three important business centres including Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Noida, the locality boasts of robust infrastructure. With a plethora of schools, healthcare centres and shopping provisions, Indirapuram is mainly preferred by families.
• Next in line is Raj Nagar Extension. Strategically situated along NH-58 in Ghaziabad, it is well connected to neighbouring cities such as Delhi and Noida. While there are a host of pull factors, affordable rentals is the biggest USP of the area. Moreover, with ample ready-to-move-in inventory, more properties have entered the market.
• Crossings Republik and Vaishali have secured next two slots in top markets based on rental availability. Interestingly, these two markets have also featured in the top markets for rental yield.
• Situated on NH-24, Crossings Republik is a sub-city that offers world-class facilities at affordable rates. Thus, it has become a major hit among the families and young professionals.
• Good connectivity via metro rail and sound infrastructure has made Vaishali score positive in terms of both rental availability and yield graph.
• Vasundhara secured fifth position on rental availability monitor and third on the rental yield tracker. Strategically located along NH-24, it enjoys excellent connectivity to other parts of the city via roadways and metro rail. In addition, Vasundhara also boasts of good social infrastructure with several international schools.
• In top markets based on rental yield, NH-24 was the showstopper, where rental demand is mainly catalysed by UPSIDC Industrial Area.
• It is interesting to note that four out of five localities feature in both the lists.
