• Indirapuram and Raj Nagar Extension retained top two positions respectively in the list of top 5 rental markets based on availability in Q3 2015. The two markets also feature in the top 5 markets based on rental yield.
• Strategically located among the three business hubs namely Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida, Indirapuram boasts of good social infrastructure facilities including schools, hospitals, entertainment, amongst others. The area is largely preferred for rentals by families.
• Similarly, Raj Nagar Extension along NH-58 is also a hotspot in rental availability. Affordable rental prices, good connectivity to Delhi and Noida and good social infrastructure facilities make it a desirable place for staying on rent.
• Metro connectivity coupled with sound social infrastructure have made Vaishali a prominent destination for rent. Add to this, the rentals are relatively affordable here and there is a spurt in commercial activity in recent times. All these factors make it one of the top markets in both rental availability and in rental yield.
• Vasundhara, located along NH-24, has garnered immense interests by rental seekers mainly because it boasts of good connectivity to other parts of the city and also to other regions in Delhi-NCR via Vaishali metro station, which is less than 5km from the area.
• Privately developed locality in Ghaziabad, Crossings Republik has ample ready-to-move-in supply and also offers decent social and physical infrastructure. It is home to a few leading engineering colleges of the city and is seeing spillover demand from nearby commercial hub of Noida – Sector 62.
