  • Next in line are ZETA I and OMICRON I. In these two markets, rental demand is mainly driven by student population from the nearby educational hubs such as Knowledge Park that houses several management and engineering colleges and Gautam Buddha University.
  • Dadri and Noida Extension have secured positions in top markets based on both availability and rental yield.
  • Dadri has witnessed the development of several residential projects with all requisite amenities, which has made it a preferred rental destination.
