Chennai,

The locality is approximately thirteen kilometers away from Chennai Central Railway Station and eleven kilometers from
Egmore Railway Station via Anna Salai.

price trends on Guindy have been witnessing various ups and downs. The price per sq. ft. was at Rs 6246 in Oct-Dec 2012 quarter and then price appreciated to Rs 6478 in the quarter of Jan-Mar 2013. In the Apr-June quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 6492 per sq. ft.
