Hi-end living in Pune
Tier II cities like Pune, Patna, Bhopal and others are fast growing into regions that are preferred by the middle class families, as they offer high end housing solutions at affordable rates. This has led to an unprecedented growth of real estate sector in these cities.
Reasons for growth in Pune
Pune is one of the most sought-after Tier II cities in the country. The city enjoys an enviable connectivity to the capital city of Mumbai and to other important towns and cities of the state. Proposed infrastructural projects like Sion-Panvel expressway and CST – Panvel Fast Corridor, add to the factors that make the area highly preferred.
The stretch along the Expressway offers plenty of land for development. Since the region has a high potential to grow into a demanded locality in near future owing to its proximity to the twin cities, many builders and developers have already launched their projects here. Investors are also attracted to the region, as it assures maximum value for their money.
With a sound infrastructure and a cosmopolitan culture, Pune has developed as one of the best places to reside in the country. The city is well-known as both an educational and an industrial hub, owing to the presence of reputed schools, colleges and IT firms. These factors are luring migrants in search of good educational, housing and job opportunities, to Pune, from all over the country. Moreover, the city offers luxurious homes and state-of-the-art facilities to its residents at comparatively lower rates than in Mumbai, to provide an ideal living.
