Howzat? Noida Residential Supply to Grow Tenfold by 2019
This is a major awakening for the local authorities to prepare themselves before the huge influx!
In what could be a landmark revelation, Noida residential real estate is slated to witness at least ten times more unit supply in 2019 as against that in 2009. As per stats, the city will see a supply of almost 2 lakh residential units by this time, catering to a population of 7.7 lakh. Adding this to the Census 2011 Noida population of 6.3 lakh will essentially amount to a total 14 lakh populace out of the total 25 lakh projected as per the Noida Master Plan – 2031.
Interestingly, this data only includes projects that are developed by private builders and excludes multiple government housing schemes and other individual level housing data.
