HUDA Plot Scheme in 2020
The (HUDA) Haryana Urban Development Authority had formulated a scheme that provides plots that are located within the urban cities of Ambala, Gurgaon, Bahadurgarh, Jagadhri, Jind, Rohtak, Hisar, Kaithal, Faridabad, Dadri, Rewari, Sonipat, for people, coming from several income groups. The plots are allotted depending on the eligibility criteria of the welfare housing organization and cooperative group housing societies as an e-auction procedure that is conducted through the authorized and official website of HUDA. The reserve rates are fixed based on the collector rates or about 80% of the overall market rates, whichever directs to be higher in the first place. Under the scheme, both residential and commercial plots will be offered. Out of all applicants, few will be selected through the lottery also. Few applicants that are selected are required to pay 25% of the cost of HUDA plots within 30 days, less the amount that has been paid during the registration and the rest 75% should be paid within 180 days of allotment.

The application form must be filled accurately without neglecting anything. Be sure that proper documents are uploaded that can be used to verify the identification of the individual who approaches a bid online. The bidders must pay for the allocated e-service and the security amount with a secured online payment method.
Eligibility Criteria of Huda Plots Scheme 2020:
The eligibility criteria for the HUDA plot scheme 2020 will remain the same, which has been followed in the past few years.
If you are an individual applicant, then the following eligibility criteria need to pass to obtain the HUDA plots application form.
- The individual must not have been allotted with a residential plot earlier by HUDA under their name or their spouse’s name.
- The applicant should be a citizen of India and must be living in the State of Haryana with a government ID proof indicating the same.
- People who fall under economically weaker sections with a family income of less than 3 lakh Indian Rupees, including the income of the wife, children, and the husband are eligible.

- The housing society or housing group must have a minimum count of about twenty members.
- The housing society must be registered with the portal
- About 10 percent of the bidding amount must be paid to participate in the HUDA plots booking process.

The HUDA Group Housing Scheme 2020 can be applied through an online or offline process.
Apply Online:
Make sure your device has the perfect internet connectivity.
- Visit www.huda.gov.in through a web browser
- Create a login account by providing the required information to create an account and sign into it.
- Search ‘HUDA plots application form’ in HUDA website
- This search will redirect you to the page that holds on to the application form and later upload details and documents that are required to complete the online application process
- Once the application process is successfully done, make sure to print out a copy of the submitted application as well.
Offline:
The offline process of HUDA Haryana application submission can be done by visiting the Registrar office in person. You must pay the application fee as a demand draft in favor of the HUDA and submit it to receive the application form. Take a photocopy of valid documents and attach them with the filled application form to be applicable for the forthcoming bidding process.

The intention of taking these documents is to know that the applicant who is putting an application for transfer of plot is genuine allottee of the plot. Before applying for permission, the allottee must be ensured that all dues/arrears have been cleared. After verification/satisfaction of the Estate Officer, the permission shall be approved and the Permission Letter will be sent by registered post.
The permission will be given based on certain conditions which are valid for 60 days only. In case the allottee fails to comply with the conditions within the stipulated time, the Permission Letter stands automatically canceled.
