Online EC Andhra Pradesh
The common problem before or after buying any property is monetary or legal arrears on a particular property. To prove that the land is free from any monetary or legal arrears, the government should have a certificate acknowledging the same. That certificate is called the “IGRS AP Encumbrance Certificate”, the initiation of AP State Government issued by the Registration and Ticketing Department of Andhra Pradesh. Through this certificate, the owner of the property can guarantee that his property is free from any legal or monetary dues.
Any person who has a property in Andhra Pradesh can get an Encumbrance Certificate for their property through both offline and online modes. You can get an Encumbrance Certificate by visiting the Deputy Registrar Office or MeeSeva Centers at which the property is registered. However, it is more beneficial to get an Encumbrance Certificate online through the official website of Andhra Pradesh Registration and Stamp Department http://registration.ap.gov.in/.
Apart from this, one can also avail of other services such as a list of transactions on the village directory, stamp duty calculator, and special assets, etc.
