Latest Haryana Housing Schemes
Witnessing a huge demand for plots by the applicants, Haryana Urban Development Authority extended the last date for accepting submission of applications for the five residential plots schemes by a month from 10th October to 10th November, 2014.
Details of available HUDA Residential Plots Schemes 2014
Recently, in September, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) launched two schemes for residential plots in Sector 56-A, Faridabad and Sector-12, Palwal.
Faridabad
The scheme offers about 453 freehold residential plots in Sector-56A, located about 10 kilometers away from city centre, Faridabad and the plots range with areas as shown in the table.
Amongst the 453 plots, the development authority has reserved the plots accordingly:
Palwal
The scheme offers about 333 freehold residential plots in Sector-12 located about 25 kilometres away from Faridabad and 67 kilometres away from Connaught Place, New Delhi. The allotment rates of different plot sizes available through this scheme is as shown in the table below.
Amongst the total 333 plots available through the scheme, the development authority has reserved about 50% of the plots accordingly:
Early in September, the Haryana Urban Development Authority also launched a residential scheme at Sector-27, Ambala.
Ambala
The scheme offers a total of about 474 freehold residential plots in Sector-27 located on NH-44 about 53 kilometres away from Chandigarh or 157 kilometres away from Shimla and 214 kilometres away from Delhi. The plot sizes and allotment rates in the scheme range as shown below.
Fatehabad
The scheme offers a total of about 894 freehold plots at Sector-11, Fatehabad in Haryana falling on NH-9, about 49 kilometres away from Hisar and 224 kilometres away from Delhi and the plot sizes available through the scheme range as shown in the table below.
Taraori
The scheme offers about 617 residential freehold plots at Sector-1, Taraori, located on NH-44 which is about 117 kilometres away from Chandigarh, 16 kilometres from Karnal and 136 kilometres from Delhi. The plot sizes available through the scheme range as shown in the table below:
All the schemes invite applications both through online and offline modes with detailed information available at www.huda.gov.in. These schemes involve a lottery draw mechanism to decide the allotments of the plots.
