The social infrastructure like schools, hospitals, restaurants, banks, ATMs are developed to an acceptable extent compared to Perambur. The connectivity is still good by roads even though there’s no railway connectivity.
A varied range of properties are available from 600 – 1000 sq.ft. in area. The current per sq.ft. price on an average in the locality ranges around Rs. 3,900 – 4,600. While affordable prices be aside there are few high end projects too ranging up to 65 lakhs for a 3 BHK.
