Online Process to View Meebhoomi Adangal
Visit the Meebhoomi portal (http://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/Home.aspx)
Click on the ‘Adangal’ tab on the homepage and select ‘Your Adangal’ or the ‘Village Adangal’ option from the drop-down list.
You will be redirected to a new page asking you to fill in the details like district, zone, village, name, etc. Access these details with the help of Aadhar Number, Survey Number, Auto Mutation Records, and Account Number.
Once all details are filled in, enter the captcha code and press on “Click” to access your Meebhoomi Adangal details.
1-b (Record of Rights)
1-B (Record of Rights) is a document containing the details of ownership of property/land. It is one of the most important land-related documents maintained by the Revenue Department of Andhra Pradesh.
It is kept separately in the office of the Tehsildar of each village. It can be used to obtain bank loans, in court proceedings, and verify seller information. It contains the following details:

Follow this step-by-step process to view and download your 1-B document online:
- Visit the Meebhoomi portal (http://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/Home.aspx)
- Click on the ‘1-b’ tab on the homepage and select ‘Your 1-b’ or the ‘Village 1-b’ option from the drop-down list.
- You will be redirected to a new page where you can get the required information after submitting the required details like district, area, village name, etc. You can search 1-B documents based on four criteria – Survey Number, Account Number, Aadhaar Number, and Automation Record.
- Select ‘Survey Number’, ‘Account Number’, ‘Aadhaar Number’, ‘Landowner’s Name’ or ‘Automation Record’. Select the District, Area, Village and enter the Survey/Account/Aadhaar/ Zamindar Number, Captcha Code and press the ‘Click’ button.
- The details of the survey number, account number, landlord name, and father’s name will be displayed on the screen below. Click on the underlined account number or landlord’s name to see 1-B in detail.
- 1-B will be displayed on another page as shown below when the account number or the name of the landlord is clicked. This can be printed by clicking on the ‘Print’ option at the bottom of the page.
Viewing Mutation Details on the Meebhoomi Portal
Follow the below-mentioned steps to view the mutation details of a land:
- Visit the Meebhoomi portal (http://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/Home.aspx)
- Click on the ‘1-B’ tab on the homepage and select the ‘Your 1-B’ option from the drop-down list.
- Click on the option ‘Mutation Information by Dategaum’ on the page.
- Select District Name, Area Name, Village Name and Enter the date of mutation and click on the ‘Submit button.
- The mutation details will be displayed on the screen below.
Viewing Village Maps on Meebhoomi Portal

- Select the district name, zone name, village name, enter the captcha code, and click on the ‘Click’ button.

Linking Aadhaar Card on Meebhoomi Portal
First of all, you need to check whether your Aadhaar number is linked with your account number or land records. If they don’t, proceed with the following steps to complete the Aadhaar linking with the land.
- Visit the Meebhoomi portal (http://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/Home.aspx).
- Scroll to the top menu and select ‘Aadhaar card/Other identities’.
- Click on the first option i.e. AADHAAR LINKING from the dropdown menu, and enter the details such as the name of the Zone, District, and Village to check if AADHAAR is linked.
- Fill the code displayed in the text box and press the ‘Click’ button.
After providing the details, the page will show whether your Aadhaar number is linked with the land record or not. The same process also displays whether other documents, such as ration card, voter ID card, Pattadar passbook, etc. are linked to your account and land records are linked on Meebhoomi or not, you can view and download these documents in PDF format on a redirected page.
Tracking Complaint Status on Meebhoomi Portal
In case of any complaint related to errors in land records and their rectification, track the status of your complaint in the given few steps.

Through the Meebhoomi online land record portal, the state government of Andhra Pradesh has made the process of checking and downloading e-passbook very convenient. Pattadar passbook is an e-passbook and is a digitally unsigned record in MeeBhoomi.
