MHADA Lottery 2019: Results Declared For 217 Flats for Mumbai Board
The Maharashtra Housing And Area Development Authority (MHADA) has declared the lottery draw for 217 units in various categories across Mumbai on 2nd June 2019. Approximately, 66,000 applications were received for less than 250 flats. Earlier, the draw date was scheduled for 21st April 2019 but got stalled due to the 2019 election.
Out of 217 units, 46 units are in Powai while the rest of them are in Chembur’s Shell Tower and Sahakar Nagar. Most of these units are in LIG categories and around 47 flats in MIG Categories. The most expensive home in this lottery is priced at Rs 56.73 lakh with a carpet area of 64.61 sq.m. The remaining flats are priced between Rs 31.54 lakh and Rs 39.64 lakh.
