Q3 2015 in a Nutshell
•Interestingly, MMR witnessed the new launch supply of about 44 per cent in the luxury segment in Q3 2015 as against 25 per cent in Q2 2015.
•Surprisingly, most of the new launches are concentrated in areas beyond Thane whereas Mumbai suburbs lead the race for rental demand and availability.
•Balkum witnessed maximum new launches while Goregaon East had maximum rental availability.
•Andheri East, Kharghar and Powai dominated in most real estate activities in this quarter including maximum new units supply, rental yield, rental and resale availability.
