Desires and dreams are the most powerful drivers that can take a development to another level altogether. Sailing a similar boat, realty major of NCR, Cosmic Group had launched its commercial projects Cosmic Corporate Park at Sector 140 and Cosmic Masterpiece at Sector 154, Noida expressway. These projects has been spread across several acres with office spaces, IT plots, studio apartments, virtual spaces and much more; providing seven star facilities along with modern and comfort lifestyle such as spa, themed restaurant, restro bars, serene pool and much more.
Sushant Muttreja, CMD, Cosmic Group says, “The main purpose of coming out with these projects was to offer office spaces along with all the possible luxurious amenities for a daily office commuter. The demand for commercial real estate has grown so much in India that developers are under extreme pressure to perform well. Hence, in order to fulfill growing needs, builders are putting every possible unit and amenities in their projects so that the customers have different options to choose from and all the requirements are met in one project only.
